Once you identify the problem, it's easier to start making a plan of action.

If you want to become a job coach it's going to take time… time to work through any life coaching training programs you want to participate in. Time to find clients. Time to really commit to the process of learning how to become a job coach. Once you overcome this step, you are in a better position to help others get past their blocks. It's hard for most of us to commit to time for ourselves, time to dream, and time to pursue our dreams. Make sure you schedule time to reach your goals, and encourage your clients to do the same.
